Wish Tower Cafe, Eastbourne

A recently completed £45k project for local constructor Cheesmur Building Contractors Ltd, on behalf of East Sussex County Council saw the demolition of the former Wish Tower Cafe located on the Eastbourne seafront.

Herne Bay Pier Pavilion

During the period of September 2011 through to March 2012 the Dorton Group dismantled the former leisure/sports Pavilion located on the end of Herne Bay Pier, Kent.

The Rock Shop, West Pier, Brighton

During May 2012 and over a 4 week project period a Dorton site team undertook the complex and painstaking task of dismantling the Grade 1 listed 'Rock Shop' from the Root Deck of the former West Pier along the Kings Parade, Brighton seafront.

During the latter part of 2011 Dorton Group completed the £330,000 demolition and asbestos removal at Brannel School, St Stephen near St Austell.

£1.5m AMEX contract successfully completed

Dorton Group recently completed a 12 week difficult demolition project for American Express in Brighton on time and within budget without incident or accident.

The AMEX Site Brighton

Our initial works, at the site of the new American Express building in central Brighton, involved the demolition of several industrial buildings, crushing of arisings and the supply and laying of a piling mat.
